How To Crochet Knit Rib Stitch
Welcome back to our crochet blog, fellow crafting enthusiasts!
Today, we're diving into a classic stitch that mimics the cozy look of traditional knitting—the knit rib stitch.
Whether you're a crochet novice or an experienced hook-wielder, this stitch is a must-learn for adding depth and elegance to your projects.
Materials You'll Need:

Worsted weight yarn in your desired color

Crochet hook (size recommended for your chosen yarn, usually J/10 – 6mm)

Scissors
-
Yarn needle for weaving in ends
Step 1:
ch as many stitches as you want
Step 2:
start from 2 ch from the hook, 1 sc, herribone single crochet stitch till the end of the row in back loop, turn
Herringbone single crochet stitch:
Insert hook under the vertical bar of the previous single crochet stitch from right to left and then insert into the next stitch.
Complete a single crochet stitch ( Pull up a loop. Yarn over. Pull through all loops on the hook.)

Step 3:
1 ch, 1 sc in back loop, herringbone single crochet stitch till the end of the row
Repeat Step 3 till necessary size
