Let's start: 

7 ch

Step 1: 

in 4th ch from the hook make 1 dc, *1 ch, 1 dc, repeat from * 2 more times

3 ch, slip stitch in the same stitch

Step 2:

4 ch, turn, 1 dc in the same st (blue point), *1 ch, 1 dc, repeat from * 2 more times  

3 ch, sl stitch in the same stitch

Repeat Step 2 till necessary scarf length
